What's left? a.. Lost ¼ mile of Corridor 22 going to Alton (new House ) needs reroute. Also a bridge washed out. (Trail open questionable) b.. Reroute and fix wet area going into the den. (Done) c.. ½ mile alt route by Carl Peaslee's house.( equipment done still need a bridge Trail open probable) d.. Grade 3 miles devil's den trail. (questionable) e.. Cut 100 ft. of new trail on to Rt.11 from the ridge.(cut needed equipment Trail open probable) f.. Start new trail from Rt. 11 to birch Hill (equipment done still needs 6 small bridges or culverts and replace one larger bridge Trail open probable) g.. Set up 500-gallon fuel tank for Groomer. (questionable) h.. Place signs and brushed existing trails. ( rt.11 to chestnut hill road) Who has an Atv or an off road truck and knows the trail system? (questionable) i.. Repair old horse trailer to hold our saws, equipment and signs. (questionable) How much we get done is going to be determined by how much help we get
In last two weeks had work parties 11-19, 11-20, 11-22, 11-23 and 11-25. Hope to have two groups on signing today.
