The final meeting of the 2020-2021 season for the Mt. Major Snowmobile Club will be held on Tuesday, April 13, (at 6 PM) at JP China (now known as The Temporary Tavern.)
Please try to attend. This meeting is important. We need to discuss plans for next season and to discuss what work will need to be done. Your input is important..
Attached please find a draft copy of the minutes of last month's meeting if you desire to brush up on what happened and to prepare for this month's meeting.

Minutes of the meeting- March 9, 2021
Trail Reports
Trails will be closed soon. The gates will be closed after 3/17 and posted to FB and website when done.
The closing of Trail A will occur sooner than this. Signs, decking, and fencing will need to be removed.
Corr. trail ‘22’- The culvert on Hussey’s property is exposed and needs to be replaced and more fill added. Old signs that are still up after reroute will be removed. The old culvert still needs to be removed from Alton Mt Rd.
Trail D- The possible reroute to bypass a land owner who has stated that ‘they would like to randomly close trail for personal use’ will be investigated. This may involve gaining permission from two other land owners.
Bridge work for 2021
Trail D- Between Rand Hill Rd and Jesus Valley Rd, 10 boards for Roger’s land.
305- 10 boards are needed
Corr 22- A new bridge is needed as part of grant request on Cooper’s land. Rehab of Frohock Brook Rd bridge.
Trail M- 2 bridges will need to be rebuilt ( 32 foot bridge and 8 foot bridge.)
100 bridge boards are needed. This could possibly be a grant request.
